At Glapney, we offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK addresses. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if something goes wrong with your order.
2. Processing and Dispatch
2.1 Handling Time
- Handling time: 1–3 business days from order placement
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT
- Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day
2.2 Processing Steps
Once your order is placed, we carry out the following:
- Payment verification
- Order confirmation (sent to your email)
- Quality check and secure packaging
- Handover to courier with tracking
3. Delivery Times and Costs
3.1 Standard Delivery (UK Only) – FREE
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–10 business days
- Cost: Free on all orders – no minimum order required
- Tracking: Provided with every order
3.2 Express or Next-Day Delivery
We currently offer standard delivery only. We do not offer express or next-day delivery at this time.
3.3 Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all UK addresses, including:
- Mainland United Kingdom
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man and Channel Islands
All UK areas receive the same free standard delivery.
4. No Hidden Fees
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP), include UK VAT, and include free delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no additional shipping charges, handling fees, or surcharges.
5. Delivery Address
5.1 Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address
- Include flat or apartment numbers where applicable
- Provide a contact phone number for the courier
5.2 Address Changes
- Address changes can be made within 2 hours of order placement
- Contact us immediately at support@glapney.com
- We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been dispatched

6.1 How to Track
- A tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email

- You can also track directly on the courier's website using your tracking number
6.2 Tracking Updates
You will receive email notifications at key stages:
- Order confirmed
- Order dispatched (with tracking number)
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Failed Delivery
If the courier cannot deliver your order:
- A card may be left with further instructions
- You will receive an email notification
- The package will be held at a local depot for 5–7 days
- You can arrange redelivery through the courier
7.2 Delayed Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of placement:
- Contact us at support@glapney.com with your order number and tracking number
- We will investigate with the courier and provide an update
7.3 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage and the packaging
- Do not discard the packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@glapney.com
- Provide your order number and the photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
7.4 Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost:
- Allow the full delivery window to pass (10 business days from order)
- Contact us at support@glapney.com with your order number and tracking details
- We will investigate with the courier (investigation typically takes 10–15 business days)
- A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is complete
8. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
9. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted UK courier partners including Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, and other established delivery services. All partners provide tracking and maintain high service standards.
10. Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- For faulty or damaged items, we cover return shipping and will provide a free return label
