How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our collection and select the products you would like
  2. Add items to your cart
  3. Review your cart and proceed to checkout
  4. Enter your shipping and billing information
  5. Select your preferred payment method
  6. Review your order and click "Place Order"
  7. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use SSL/HTTPS encryption across the entire website to protect your personal and payment information. Payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment providers including Stripe, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you have just placed your order, contact us immediately at support@glapney.com. We may be able to modify it before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to use our returns process.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping. All products are packaged securely for safe delivery.


Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders to UK addresses. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

What are your delivery times?

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days from order placement
  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated time: 6–10 business days from order to delivery

We process orders Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next business day.

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

We currently offer standard delivery only. We do not offer express or next-day delivery options at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at: https://glapney.com/apps/track123

What if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of placement, please contact us at support@glapney.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of order placement. Contact us immediately at support@glapney.com. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy page.

How do I start a return?

  1. Contact us at support@glapney.com with your order number
  2. Tell us the reason for the return
  3. We will provide return instructions and the return address
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging using a tracked method
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us immediately at support@glapney.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Can I return an item that has been used?

Our return policy covers unused items in original condition. However, if an item is defective or faulty, we will work with you to find a solution regardless of whether it has been used. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, contact us at support@glapney.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange the exchange process for you.

Yes. All products in our collection are sourced from reputable manufacturers and comply with applicable toy safety standards, including CE marking and EN 71 (European toy safety standard). Each product listing includes recommended age ranges and any relevant safety warnings.

What age groups are your products suitable for?

Our collection includes products for babies and toddlers. Each product page includes the recommended age range. Always check the age recommendations and safety warnings before purchasing and using any product.

What brands do you stock?

We currently stock products from established brands including Bigjigs Toys, AIYAPLAY, and Living and Home. All brands are vetted for quality and safety compliance.
